Paul is CEO and Founding Partner with Invotek Group. With a background in Corporate Finance and Deals, Paul has structured and managed near $23B in M&A with $13.5B directly for Magna International. Co-founder of Crossover Solutions, Chair of Construction Distribution and Supply (CDS), and former Vice-Chair of AP Plasman, Paul has 30+ years of experience leading and guiding a strategic financial direction of Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers, specifically, Magna, Faurecia, and Manchester Plastics.

Paul is a Queen’s University MBA with a Valuation and Strategy certification from Harvard.

Paul was recognized by the Markham Board of Trade (Canada’s fastest-growing economic region and technical hub) as Entrepreneur of the Year for 2019.

Bob is executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Canadian Tire Corporation. Having joined the iconic company in 2021 to lead development of its enterprise growth strategy and venture capital fund, he was appointed to his current role in October 2023.

His curiosity and passion for business have led him to occupy senior executive positions at several Fortune 500 companies in a number of industries and in a variety of functions, including human resources, information technology, and operations. Bob spent 11 years overseeing financial services, real estate and construction, talent development, and business transformation with Walmart Canada.

In addition to his corporate roles, Bob has served as a board member of the Walmart Foundation as well as the Retail Council of Canada.

Steve was vice president, legal for Tier 1 automotive engineering and parts supplier Multimatic Inc. for 16 years before retiring from that role in December 2023, a period of substantial growth during which the company expanded into both foreign markets, and new technologies and products, including motorsports and niche vehicle assembly.

He began his career in the early 1980s as a corporate lawyer at Stapells & Sewell, a Bay Street law firm in Toronto, Ontario. After moving from private practice to industry, he was the legal/general counsel for Hallmark Cards Canada, Cosma International (the stamping group of Magna International), and Tesma International (a Magna group that went public in 1995 [TSX and Nasdaq] and was privatized in 2006).

Steve has been a hands-on legal advisor/practitioner and management team member for various successful Tier 1 automotive parts suppliers throughout his career, and in addition to cross-border public company experience, has handled all aspects of corporate issues, including compliance, governance, mergers and acquisitions, customer/commercial negotiations, and HR and IP support in a variety of jurisdictions.

Peter is a globally recognized authority in automotive manufacturing and an expert in building and running complex operations.

Before becoming COO and President at Invotek Group, Peter was president of a number of major business units within Magna International and was responsible for sales, production, and engineering. He also was the driving force behind a number of business turnarounds and led the successful integrations of large acquisitions in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Stephen is a co-founder and managing partner at Broad Peak Global Capital. Before founding BPGC he served as global head of private equity at Invesco Private Capital and WL Ross & Co., and prior to that worked in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring at Rothschild Inc.

He has served on the public boards of Amalgamated Bank, Plascar Participações Industriais SA, and Exco Resources Ltd., as well as Compagnie Européenne de Wagons, Kansai Sawayaka Bank, and International Automotive Components Group.

Stephen graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany with a B.S. in business administration.
