Background

A customer wanted to source a complete family of electric vehicle-related printed circuit board assemblies as their previous vendor could provide neither an integrated solution nor scalability.

Approach

We completed the prototype and production part approval processes (PPAP) within 3 months.

Results

Customer found a trusted, dependable vendor. Because of its flexibility, the supply chain at Invotek Group was able to react quickly and manage a very complex, multilayered vendor base. Scorecards later indicated that Invotek Group is the customer’s highest-performing vendor based on quality, service, delivery, and reliability, and we are in discussions to provide more advanced assembly work.
