Announcing our Made-in-USA facility
The Invotek Group is proud to announce our new subsidiary, MARA Technologies USA Inc., has entered an agreement with our long-standing customer, ATX Networks Corp., a global leader in broadband access and media distribution solutions, to establish a USA-based facility in Holly, Michigan to build ‘Made-in-USA’ digital amplifiers and related products. The new facility will give ATX the capability to scale and support an increase in onshore product introductions.
The new, state-of-the-art facility is planned to open in the first quarter of 2023 with an experienced management team and will add ‘Made-in-USA’ manufacturing capacity to the Invotek Group. This onshore solution will allow our customers to meet increasing demands by shortening delivery times for products in the North American marketplace and will help to mitigate supply chain challenges.

On November 10, Governor Gretchen Whitmer joined the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and announced that MARA Technologies USA, was one of three businesses that the state has approved to support through the Michigan Strategic Fund for business expansions.
“We are very happy to have the help we are getting from MEDC and the state of Michigan to create good American jobs and bring production back onshore,” said Jeffrey S. Gary, Vice President of Operations of MARA Technologies USA.
