Relocated distribution hub in time to meet target

Background

To be closer to their manufacturing partners, our customer shut down their distribution hub in Wisconsin and relocated to Ontario.

Approach

We provided full takeover support and launched a distribution facility on the premises of a sister company that had the space to meet the customer’s urgent needs.

Results

The new distribution facility was operational in less than two months and the customer’s year-end target was met.
